Terms and conditions

1.Payments Terms

Payment method:   Bank Transfer  to the official Style by Lafoy account

Payment schedule:

 -50% non refundable deposit is required upon booking                              

-The remaining 50% is due no later than 48 hrs.before your scheduled session.

Deposit is not refundable

Late Payment Fee:   Payments delayed more than 24 hrs. After the session will incur a $10 late fee.

2.Cancellation and rescheduling

-Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling will be subject to calendar availability. 

-Cancellations are non-refundable regardless of timing.

-Missed appointments will be considered cancellations and are non-refundable

3.Client Responsibility and Limitations of liabilities

-Clients are solely responsible for their personal belongings and conduct during styling sessions.

-Style by Lafoy is not liable for any personal loss, misconduct or actions taken outside the scope of the styling session.

-Style by Lafoy takes no legal responsibilities for any suggestions, recommendations or promotional content provided online or on social media, are non-binding and do not create liability.

4.Relationship with Stores

-Style by Lafoy is an independent service with no formal association with any retail store.

-All purchase decisions and transactions are solely between the client and the retailer.

5.Intellectual Property

-All content, materials and styling concepts, are the intellectual property of Style by Lafoy and may not be copied or used without permission.

6.Confidentiality

-All client information will be kept confidential and securely stored, in accordance with privacy best practices.

7.Right to Refuse Service

-Style by Lafoy reserves the right to decline service to any individual, at its sole discretion.

8.Governing law

-This Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
